Dzong |

The Dzong was built in the 16th century,
and located at the top of a hill gave perfect view over the
valley. But it burnt down, and they meant there were some evel,
so it was not rebuilt. You can still see the burnt out wooden
parts in the structure of the Dzong. From the top of the hill
there is a very nice view, and specially towards the second
larges mountain in Bhutan, Jomolhari 7440 m above sea level. The
art of archery has long traditions in Bhutan, and we saw many
ranges arouund. We were impressed that they were able to hit the
small target, 150 m away in such strong wind that were here this
day.
