A CULTURAL TRAVEL THROUGH IMAGES

CHINA

Kashgar is the town in China that is situatued to the farest western point of this huge country. Actually the distansce to Moscow is shorter than to Beijing. In this area there are lots of minorities, and I had the impression that I was set back several decaedes in time.

When we were in the town there was a large salesmarked going on, and there were musicians on top of the houses playing their instruments over the town, and in the evening we saw the most fantastic firework I have ever seen, lasting for more than one hour.

I hope you will like my presentation of this town.
