Chile Easter Island Statues by the town

On the outskirts of the town Ahu Tahai has been restored with five ancient statues upright on its terrace. The site includes a jetty and the foundation of boatshaped houses (hare Paenga). The moai Kote Riku is the only one with both its cylindrical top-knot of red lava and the inlaid whites of its eyes.
