Colombia Cartagena Town wall and Fort

Cartagena became a very important town when the spanish arrived here and they build a huge wall to protect the town from other invaders. Most of it is still there, and a walk along the wall is quite interesting. Here are some pictures from the wall. The pictures at the bottom are from the huge fort 'Castillo de San Filipe de Barajas' They started to build the fort in 1639 and took around 150 years to complete.
