Pardubice - Czech republic   European Eventing Championship for Young riders - 2006 B

First event - Dressage

Early in the morning the first rider started with the set track of dressage. Everybody does the same track and the main task is to convince the judges that they were the best, and handled the horse best. It was impressive to study the various equipages and how they handled the horse. Totaly there were 62 starting equipages in the competition, and that meant it took two days to get through the first event.

In adittion to individual competition they were also competing as a team. Each team could consist of 4 riders, and the best 3 counted in the final results.
