Galapagos
Punta Vicente Roca / Isabela Island

First we explored the lavaformations along the rather steep coastline of this island. Then we put on the snorkeling equipment and started our first exploration of the under water sea life. It was great to see all sizes of fishes, single or in huge groups. During the various snorklingtrips we did during the visit we saw shark, turtles, sealions, Galapagos pingvins and others. I just loved this trips. Unfortunately I did not have an underwater camera, so I could not get any pictures to show you, but maybe another time.

In the afternoon we arrived at another island, which was one of the younger. Lots of lava that had been floating was wisable and in addition to various life, this was definately the island of the black iguana, which will continue in the next folder.
