A CULTURAL TRAVEL THROUGH IMAGES

GERMANY
"Eagles nest"

Situated some 1550 m above sealevel the view is magnificant from the top. It was interesting to watch this "nest" that was used for meetings only duirng the last war by the german leaders. The lift is all brass to make it look bigger as Hitler was afraid of small rooms. It could take more than 30 persons, but never more than 6 when Hitler was a passenger.
