Japan
Kagoshima
Around in town

After a rest, and enjoying a hot footbath (it was really good) we continued walking to have a closer look at the city, and here are some of what we saw on our way. At the end we passed the St. Xavier church is a reminder of the first Christians who came to Japan. We were invited inside, and it was really nice inside. Outside in the Xavier park there is a statue of Francis Xavier (center) with his Japanese disciples Anjiro (left) and Bernardo.
