In the central parts of Seoul you can find both old and new. Of course threre are a lot of very nice buildings from the later years, but also some older ones. Unfortunately Seoul was damaged a lot during the Korean war, so many of the sights are rebuilt after that. I find it interesting just to walk around and have a look at all the different styles you can find in the area, well spent time.
