Syngman Rhee Museum

Not far from the old town's wall, you can find the house of the first president of Korea, Mr. Syngman Rhee (1875 - 1965) He was apointed as the first president of the republic on July 24th 1948. Here he lived and did a lot of his work in the periode. Today it's a museum where you can find historic pictures from his periode and more of his life. He lived here with his austrian wife. It was a very interesting trip and you could learn a little more of the modern history of Korea.
