South Korea Gyeongsangbuk-do province Gyeongju - The national museum

In this museum you can find some of the finest collection of historical artifacts of any museum in Korea, including the national museum in Seoul, so it's definitely worth a visit. In the museum park you will find the huge bell "Emille" created in 771 AD. This make it one of the largest and oldest temple bell in the world. It is said you can hear the bell as far as 3 km away - but we did not get a proof of that on our visit.

Take also a look at the building. The design is based on classical Korean architecture.
