To join a
arranged roundtrip is a very good idea. Then you will see all of
the most important things that Gyeongju have to offer, and that
is quite a lot. It is a whole day trip. Unfortunately the weather
was definitely not the best when we were there, but that we can't
do anything about. Enjoy what I saw on the trip

Bunhwangasa
Temple
The pagoda was
build in the mid-7th century during the reign of Queen Seondeok,
and is the oldest datable pagoda in Korea. Originally it waas 9
stories high, but only 3 are left.

Tomb of
General Kim Yu-shin
General Kim
Yu-shin was one of the most famous military heroes of Korea who
lived in the 7th century. The tomb of the general is very
elaborate, and you will find fine carved zodiacs
