When in Libya you
just have to get out into the big desert - the Sahara. We drowe
the about 600 km to Ghadames, just where the borders of Libya,
Algeria and Tunisia meet. The roads were very good, but the tires
on the mini-bus - well, during the trip we destroyed 4 tires, and
imagine how dificult it is to get a new one out in the desert.
Luckily it always happened close to where we should take a
coffee-break anyway, so we vaited patiently while the driver
searched for new tyres. The bus company sent us 4 new ones by
taxi, so our tour back home to Tripoli went without problems.
Well, here are somehting of what we experienced in the desert
