Norge - Noreg - Norway Oslo - Eastern part of the city

During the periodes I was working in Oslo I loved to walk around in the city and look around to see how different the various parts were. I discovered several different part and this is one of my favorite walks. Vålerenga used to be the workers area, but today its getting moderniced but still the old buildings are taking care of. Then to continue towards the Aker River and walk downtown. The river is also changing during the various seasons. There ia a nice path along and on the way from Nydalen and all the way down, you only have to cross one road. Perfect all year round. Come and take a walk.
