When we reach this far into the fjord, the mountains are reaching about 1000m high. On the right side very soon Kjerag appear. The most famous is the big stone stuck between the mountainsides, and if you dare, you can jump onto this rock, and look down at Lysefjorden. During the summer a lot of parashuters meet here and jump out from the mountain - and its legal to do so. When you get to Lysebotn, you continue with car, motorbike, bicycle or on foot and get back to Stavanger, or where you would like to go. The start is through the 27 needlebends on the road to get up to the top of the mountain. The view from up there down to Lysebotn is great. There is a nice resturant up here where you can enjoy a good meal before you continue. The start to Kjerag is from here. The highest point of the road is 932m, and there are several roads to chose from when you get to the main road. Have a great trip
