Norge - Norway - Noreg
  Nordland - Sandnessjøen

The next day we were sailing down the Helgeland coastline in the southern part of Nordland county. Unfortunately the weather had changed a lot since the day before when we were sailing in Lofoten, so it was rather a rainfull day with lowhanging clouds, hiding some of the famous mountains in this region. But we got to see some of them, and also have a small visit to Sandnessjøen, a town with 5711 people living there. But we never saw the mountainrange called 'the seven sisters'

We passed the artic sircle - which is the border for midnightsun
Passing nice nature, small villages and understand how important the ferries are in this part of Norway
Approaching Sandnessjøen with the huge bridge 'Helgelandsbrua'
Nice little town with nice monuments too. Petter Dass was an important priest here.
