STAVANGER 2004 - TALL SHIP RACE
For the second time Stavanger have hosted the Tall Ship Race, and like last time, 7 years ago, the clouds disappeared, temperature stopped at 28 degrees, best in the whole of Norway and all those great and famous sailships from all over Europe gathered in Stavanger for the week-end. And the people knew what they had to do, they filled up the area around the quays every day - and just enjoyed the ships, the entertainment that went on all over the place, the weather, something good to eat and drink, and just had a great time. You really have missed something if you were not there. So - to help you decide where to go next time - I present some pictures here and hope you will enjoy then.
