A CULTURAL TRAVEL THROUGH IMAGES

St. Lucia

St. Lucia was the third country we visited on the Caribbean cruise in November 2007,and became the 69th country I've visited. It was a nice small island, and we had the pleasure of driving around in the mountains in open jeeps where we could have a good view of all the bananas and coconut plantations situated there. We also took a stole down the sloops to watch a nice little waterfall, and after that following the river back to the cars. We got good information about plants and wildlife on the island. We had a stop in a small fishers village and could look around to see how life was there. At last we stopped in the capital of the country, Castries, and had a look around. Not the most exiting town, but some nice buildings were found.
