If you have to chose one museum only while you are in Stockholm, I would recomend you look closer at the Vasa museum. The Vasa ship was totally new and was about to go on its first time on the sea. After one nautic mile something happened. The ship turned over and sank. It was on the bottom for about 350 years before it was returned to a totally new museum. An impressive ship. It's rather dark inside, so to take pix inside can be a challange, but just to have seen it is worth the visit.
