A good idea whan you visit
Maracay is to cross the mountains and spend some days in the nice
village of Chorini. The trip over the high mountains take you
through the Henri Pittier national park, and when I crossed I
came into the clouds - so it's quite high. But the view when you
were in the park and came across the top was great. It was a nice
village with a very nice sandy beach where you did not have any
problems if you get thirsty or hungry.
In the evening you must go
down to the harbour and have a look at the sunset, it was just
great. And there you will also find many resturants and pubs
where you can relax after an interesting day. I can also recomend
a eco-walk in the park. I present pictures from that experience
