A CULTURAL TRAVEL THROUGH IMAGES

VENEZUELA
Jungle trip

When we were in Choroni we took a walk into the national park. We used paths which had been used for generations to get up the hillside. Almost at the top there were a walking path that crossed along the hillside. It had been used to make an aveduct for transport of water. The view from up there was great, and we saw many different birds, reptiles (yes - read snakes) and other animals. A very interesting walk that lasted for 5 hours. But when dived into the waterfall at the end of the trip - all the sweat and hard climbs were forgotten. It was a great day out in the nature
