Lake Titicaca

Lake Titicaca, the largest lake in South America cover 8560 square km, 3810 m above the sealevel, 165 km long and 65 km wide, and sailalbe all over, that is impressive figures. Divided between Peru and Bolivia. The famous rushislands are located outside Puno, and consist of several smaller islands with people living there. It was an interesting trip out there and get informations about the life they had. The first people who settled there is supposed to be representatives from the Uro indians.
